We have our own in-house supply chain comprising specialist business which also work independently for other companies. When we mobilise our fully integrated delivery team we work together to de-risk projects with clients, integrate design and manufacturing with logistics and accelerate construction on site. This reduces the risks associated with a traditional, fragmented approach to construction delivery and provides greater certainty to our clients

That’s what we are doing as part of our sustainability strategy as we work to protect the environment and help people thrive.
Operational net zero by 2035
We will deliver an absolute reduction in emissions from our directly controlled operations (Scope 1 & 2 emissions) of at least 75% by 2035 – a reduction in total emissions as the business grows. We will achieve the remainder through carbon removal activities or offsetting.
However, we fully recognize that to achieve net zero we must work with clients, suppliers and academic partners to innovate and develop ways to reduce Scope 3 (supply chain) emissions. Through the Landsking Infra Centre for Construction Engineering and Technology at Indore, we will increase research into decarbonising construction and advance the knowledge our employees and others.

To ensure our model delivers the certainty clients need, we have invested in the technology and people to deliver world-class solutions and pioneer new ones:
Offsite manufacturing – we have invested Modern New technology Machines to create the Landsking Infra Centre of Excellence for Modern Construction in India. We Believe in New techupdated Machineries and In the future, it will produce lower carbon products for more of our projects.
Digital engineering – thanks to our digital engineers, we build every project twice – virtually and then physically. This allows us to de-risk both the design and construction phases of projects, and once we are on site our digital work packs link models to construction activity to improve productivity.
Direct delivery – unlike our competitors in the India we have an integrated supply chain. This gives us greater visibility of costs, maximizes integration across disciplines and minimizes risk through the delivery process. We retain the knowledge learned on a project and use it to deliver certainty for our next client.
These solutions and our learnings from developing them are shared with our teams globally to support the maximum use of manufactured components wherever possible.

Our story is one of energy, passion, ambition, people and teamwork. We harness the power of our Joint Team experience, stretching back over a decade and a half to deliver certainty for our clients.
Since2017 it was founded, Landsking Infra has expanded into new markets and strengthened its project delivery capabilities; pioneering modern methods of construction, adopting purposeful technologies, delivering certainty for clients and constructing some of the most iconic projects in the India.
The growth and success of the business is based on energy, ambition, innovation, our people and teamwork. Across our global business (CAE Services), we have built a reputation of adapting our business model to help our clients achieve their desired outcomes with certainty. Underpinned by more than decades of Combined Team Experience in construction and engineering expertise, our DfMA 70:60:30 approach focuses on manufacturing 70 per cent of a project off site, and so improving productivity by 60 per cent and achieving a 30 percent reduction in programme.
Today, this approach is enabling us to deliver our projects faster, more safely – with fewer people on site – and greener, we are also bringing the benefits of manufactured components to bear on our projects.
During the pandemic the benefits of our modern methods of construction have become more apparent to both public and private sector clients – having been instrumental to our ability to maintain progress on projects through the crisis.
